Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm and pay — there are no later surcharges. Orders from 39 € goods value ship free.
Payment methods
The available payment methods are shown at checkout — typically credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed encrypted by the payment provider; we never store card details.
Prices and VAT
All prices are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies. For hygiene reasons, please return instruments unused and in their original packaging. Details are in the withdrawal policy (German).
